Have you changed anything recently?

Is your boost gauge showing normal boost pressure? if so doubt it`s a boost leak causing the problem.

Possible AFM fault?

Ignition timing?

If it's suddenly just stopped making positive boost pressure I'd start by checking if there are any IC or vacuum hoses that are loose or popped off.

It could be the knock censer, That would make it judder at 2500rpm. But you would see the engine warning light come on.
