Power steering rack issue

Afternoon chaps and chapettes, the 2 has developed a problem with steering, going very heavy at various speeds and it has been deduced by the other half as the power steering fluid leaking out of tie rods.

So my questions are where do you recommend for replacing the seals? Or would it be easier/cheaper to get a reconditioned rack, if this is the better option where should i be looking?

Replace the rack. About £250 exchange.
