New to MR2's with a project on my hands!

Hi folks,
Just bought myself a 1990 mk1 which I am already in love with!!

Bought it from a friend who was very emotional about parting (though we have arranged his visitation schedule!) A much loved car but needs some work.

I won't list it all here but I just wanted to say hello before I go cruising through other threads for info.

I'm up in Aberdeen and keen to get thoughts/opinions/advice on the project as I go. May also be needing parts!!

My other toy is a 1992 CBR600 so between the two of them they'll keep me skint for years to come!!!

Welcome! There are a few MK1s on the East coast. I'm in Dundee and there are a few down in Fife.

Cheers guys, I'm just trawling through topics for the moment. Weather has been awful up here so haven't had much chance to get intimate with the car yet (!)

Away skiing next week but come April I'll be rolling up my sleeves for some proper work!
