Noisey Rain

Post by Silver Turbs »

I have a clifford concept 500 already fitted on my tubby when i bought it. The alarm keeps going off everytime it rains and wakes me up in the night ](*,) Then i have to manually lock the car.

Why is this happening ?? Im assuming moisture is getting into the system somewhere. But the only part of the system that could get water on it it the siren which shuld be designed for different climates.

Has it happened to anyone else before ??

Also clifford offer free adjustments i believe but is this still applicable if i never got the alarm fitted with no receipt ??

What should i do ?

Thanks

check if you have a shock sensor. if yes its too sensative.. it can be turned down...

if its not the shock sensor.. then the spider infront of your movement sensor aint standing still...
