Red Rev 3 Turbo TBar £1600

Post by hmltnangel »

For sale

MR2 Rev 3 Turbo in red

Bought this a few weeks ago as there was a few parts I wanted for my car. Now swapped them out and selling this on cheap. Car has a full history of everything including a whole bunch of receipts from japan. Only 74k miles on it too.

Car was on a Power FC but there were no engine mods so has now been swapped back to a standard ECU. When bought I was advised it was running water injection and a bigger turbo. This was changed back to a CT20b before I bought it and had the water injection removed too. Hence no need to run a Power FC. Car runs great on the Standard ECU and doesnt seem any different to be honest.

Bad Points
1. Advans need refurbing as they are very poor nick
2. Rear droplinks need replaced
3. Blitz flexi needs attention
4. Needs MOT
5. Power Steering chooses when to come on and off on its own

Good points
1. Blitz nurspec
2. Hks intercooler
3. Hks bov genuine
4. Aussie downpipe
5. K&N induction kit
6. Super advan alloys
7. Omp steering wheel
8. Corbeau seats and sparco harnesse
9. 3 gauges on pillar
10. Blitz turbo timer
11. Short shifter and trust gear knob
12. Lumenition air/fuel meter
13. strong rev 3 turbo engine with no leaks and no smoke
14. No bodywork damage but the red has faded slightly as you can see in the pics. No rust on the sills.

A few items I have can be swapped into this car if you want at extra cost

Great set of leather/alcantara seats for £90
It will have an MBC in it but this can be upped to a greddy profecb in silver for £120
Dark tinted Rev 3 Lights £75

As I said offloading on the cheap as my driveway is full and have no time to spend getting this car sorted prior to the winter. Grab a cheap Rev 3 and spend a few bucks to make a great car.

£1600 and its yours :thumleft:

It's a tbar.

Nothings missing from it, I wanted a few apexi bits off it. They're now getting switched over so cars being sold for a reasonable reduction minus the parts.

Quite tempted with this but £400 for an MOT and 6 months tax

Also is Livingstone Scotland? Why are they all so far away!...

£400 would cover the bits needed and the time it takes to do it :thumleft:

And obviously the MOT & Tax

Its not that far - I had to go to Nottingham to buy a kitten for the GFs mum a few years ago. Was a nice day trip. especially on the A68 :D

bare in mind tax is 150 and MOT is 50, 200 for his time?? seems fair :thumleft:

2k would be a steal (especially if it had an interior)

Fixed?

Still need to find out where it is, also can't drive for 2 weeks fater eye op yesterday but pretty interested if there's a deal...

Droplinks Yes
MOT Yes
Flexi Yes
Steering - Hasnt stopped working since the day I put the ad on. I will investigate further if needed but it seems to be fine for the last week.

Obviously given the low price theres no flexibility in it - well maybe a little if I swapped the steering wheel for something else - its priced to sell and stop blocking the missus car in
