L Plate Sonic Shadow - M4 Westbound near Swindon

Anyone on here? I was in the black Rev 2 with Rev 3 rear lights. Hardly ever see another SW20 these days it seems.

Shouldn't be a shonic shadow on an L plate?? Only started as rev4 december 95 IIRC.

It was 7pm so it was dark, however, it certainly did look like a two-tone sonic shadow style paintjob.
