[Mk1 NA] Koni Shocks and springs?

Post by Getronics »

I'm looking to upgrade to a set of Koni shocks and lowering springs.
I have a mk1a.

DCDezign show the Koni SSk kit with shocks and springs but it's for an 86-89 model.

The only koni kit I can see is the fensport advertised one. I'd have to buy the shocks individually and they have no springs. The springs cost more for a sports 35mm lowering kit.

the knoi ssk kit for the 86-89 models sells at 396 quid.
If I buy seperates from fensport I'd be looking at nearly £500.

Is there any kit (all in one shocks and springs) for the mk1a at all. If it's not koni brand then what brands are there?

Cheers

Are KYB shocks uprated over standard? I know like Koni sport kits that they are gas pressured shocks.

Fensport have quoted me £579.27 (shocks/fensport springs/VAT/P+P) including delivery
yet typically the mk1b whole kit (including springs by koni) is about £380 from dc dezign.

it aint fair......so the KYB might have to be an option. :(
