Wow definately a rare find to get it with the original box etc. will it be staying that way or is it to be fitted?

Am I the only one who thinks one of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TOYOTA-MR2-RE ... 519f1febd4
plus a dremel, some black mesh and 10 minutes and you'd have the exact same thing. even the 'T020' part is easy to replicate.
What do these things go for as I may have to start selling wicked awesome toms parts

Sorry to rain on the parade with my negative thinking though! :eye:

Lovely but surely surplus to requirements... or is there something you haven't told us? You did have one of these on your car ages ago no?

R.

Steve you know what.... If i hadbt haf sold on the reat of my toms kit i would have had enough bits to do a full T020 build... I bought it for various reasons... Is TOMS, its rare as fook, future investment, has its box.... It keeps my car exclusive. Yeah i already have one but i darent even fit this to any car for a long while, its now gonna be left in the garage stored away and forgotten about for years lol... Unless someone makes a me a very lucrative offer on it its not gonna go anywhere... I paid enough for it, the seller knew what he was selling.

reckon with the following:

-Smooth panel off eBay
-dremel
-patience
-print company

You could knock somat up almost exactly the same for a few quid.

Totally agree with you there, so much so I beat you to that point a little above

Infact you could actually make something a little better. You could colour code the panel or have a nice gloss black finish and use it with an el-glow badge, that would really look cool.

Hmmmm...

I gotme an EL-Glo badge I could use...

I did the daring thing and my current panel has been painted gloss and looks far better, I even painted the rear light cover gloss as well.

Strange, i went for smooth panals for a while but went back to the standard grill in the end.

Plan now is to cut the center 'make belief' mesh out and replace with mesh, gloss black with red lining on the raised edges. :D
