Fair enough, I HIGHLY doubt you'll find a better quality kit anywhere for cheaper than that though.

Up to you though mate, but many people vouch for his work. You don't want to be fitting cheap sh*t to your pride and joy now, do you?

Good luck. Like most of the traders on this forum, as well as many forum members, we've all seen many body kits and part kits e.g. skirts, bonnets etc.

Many are nothing more than pure tat.

Some, with lots of work, can be made to fit the car they were supposedly designed for.

And then, at the top of the list, are a few really good kits. Laid up properly, edges finished, and a near perfect fit.

You get what you pay for.

IF it's a well made, good fitting kit, £1150 is good value for money.

If you dont want to pay top whack and still get a kit that fits well, hold out for a second hand one off an MR being broken. Expect to pay upto about 500-600 quid for a good one skirts/front bumper/rear bumper and ask to see photos of it fitted to the previous car or even better if it hasnt been taken off yet go and check it out before you part with your cash.

I bought my veilside kit from a member on here and saw it on the previous car, everything lined up to fit ready to bolt over onto mine and it was `ok`, but is currently having a lot of work done as it was never perfect.

Car looks nice, like the Rota wheels.

As already said, you pay for quality. What you pay peanuts for kit wise, you'll spend probably a hell of a lot more getting it to fit properly.

Best off with genuine stuff if you can find it, but obviously genuine stuff comes at a price.

There was someone on here who bought a cheap copy front bumper ages ago and had to cut it in half and increase the width by 6 inches!!
The original TRD wide arch kit from TRD costs 5 grand! but fits spot on, copies have been attempted, a lot cheaper, but don't seem to come close to the fit of the original etc.

Good luck in finding a kit.

Been through tat bumpers and wasted money, paid out for a rev 6 in the end and can't fault it.

As said you get what you pay for, The cheap ones can be made to fit but aren't cheap to sort :thumleft:
