Drivers window glass removal

Hi all,

Im just about to change my drivers side window glass, as the current one is scored.. I have picked up a 2nd hand one..

I took off the door card, and the plastic covering yesterday, but scratching my head on how the glass actually comes out.. i can hear, what sounds like the glass scratching against something, but again, i cant see where this is catching

Is there a tutorial, or can someone advise on how to remove it, as it looks a mare...!
