Need a MOMO Boss kit

I'm fitting a new MOMO steering wheel, replacing the old 3-spoke MR2 wheel and require a MOMO Boss kit to do the job. Can anyone recommend the best place to buy one? Roughly what is the cost? :-k

£45.50 inc delivery, cheapest I could find. Even cheaper than Larkspeed believe it or not. (but still alot to pay, me thinks)
