My exhaust manifold heat shield vibrates at arround 2000RPM and is quite annoying.
Any one have any good ideas how to sort it without replacing with new from MrT?
Can i just take it completely off and have done?

take it off, wrap manifold with heatwrap ? that's what's been done on my previous car and worked quite well and looked nice.

You're probably just missing a bolt, or one is loose.

our old rev1 had no heatshield for years and never caused any problems.
