[Mk2] [Turbo] standard fuel pressure please? (need to adjust my adjustable fpr)

hey all, got an adjustable fuel pressure regualtor, trying to see whats up with the car so want to set it back to standard pressure, mr2 mk2 turbo rev2

what should it be set to when the car is not running but ignition is in the on position? what should it then be at idle?

38 psi im more than sure, they changed it to about 42psi on the rev 3 i think
