I'm after making a track car and would like to start with a rev3.

Do you have any history for the engine with regards to cambelt, water and or oil pump. Radiator?

How long have you owned the car for and is it on it's original gearbox?

Also is the car a gt-s or a gt?

Depending on history and spec depends on the amount i'd offer.

If it has no traceable history then i'd make a provisional offer around £1000 without any of the body kit, wheels or intake.

no thanks mate, this car drives superb, engine is sweet as a nut, has a genuine 58000 miles on the clock and is not going to be sold as a doerupper, im sure everyone else will agree this car needs to be sold as a whole and used on the roads and enjoyed, not stripped out to be used as a track car, find a tatty one if your going to do that, theres plenty on ebay that are tatty and cheap
Thanks for interest but near triple that offer to even be considered, in a day last time it was listed on ebay before I put make me an offer in the description, ebay ended the auction but it reached £2600 in a day

What history is with the car then?

How long have you owned it?

I'm not taking the pee but what's the difference between yours and a tatty one? Your body work needs attention and that intake is the one you were selling on here i think, which in that case i wouldn't use.

All i know about this car is what you have and haven't said and from the pics.

it only needs boot lid filling and rear center panel painting

the intake I had on here was sold on ebay by the way, the one on this mr2 is totally different model of apexi intake and has the heat/rain shield as well

the difference between a tatty one is they have rust, paint marks, faded paint work, chips, scratches, dings, bangs, dents, gearbox problems, engine problems etc etc

mine hasn't

Car doesn't have any history of cambelt etc, but mileage is backed up by mot's and runs fantastic, brakes are all sweet, gearbox is best I've had in an mr2 turbo, clutch spot on, no issues at all

Car will be sold as a whole

The intake looks the same to me with them both being sprayed the same colour.

Also is it a gt or gt-s? How long have you owned it for.

the intake as standard come in black and I have just said it isn't the same one

I'll keep it if I don't get the amount I've said I want for it and thats if it collected this weekend, it's far too good to give it away

there two different air filters, one was from a rev4 and one was from a rev3
I've sold a few air fitlers, I am telling you this one isn't the same, plus there are no pictures showing something being sprayed......
read them again

anyways this is a thread for my car, not a air filter, will sell to someone else anyways mate, thanks for interest but will look for another buyer, I don't want the car to be tracked, I want it to be admired on the open road
