[Mk2] [NA] heater fan

hope someone can help me out with my heater fan.
it has no power going to it,the heater control panel lights up but the fan wont work.i have taken the motor out and it works.i have checked all fuses and there ok.
can anyone point me in the right direction please as i keep misting up and cant see jack when its raining lol.

heater panel fan switch, sounds like you know what you are doing cant you hardwire the fan to a switch for now jsut so you can see where you are going, assuming you have a non aircon car i have a spare heater control panel i can let you have for £15 delivered
