[Mk2] [Turbo] Fuse box diagram please

I'm trying to discover why my cigarette lighter doesnt work and want to check if there is a fuse and if its in one piece still. I dont have a cover for the fuse box in the footwell so I dont know which fuse is which, can someone help please?

would someone with a cover on their fuse box mid taking a photo? Could do with it in the knowledge base as the original pics in there are no longer available.

Am I right in thinking there is one fuse that does both power windows?

My passenger window has stopped working whilst my drivers side one still is.

The PWR fuse is ok, or am I looking at the wrong one?

Only one fuse for the windows
do, other electrical items work on that side?
if not it could be the wiring where it goes through the door
or could be the window motor itself or just the switch,does it not work from either switch ?
