I've owned the car for just under 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed owning it.The car has had extensive work carried out to update the engine and chassis.
I just had the car rolling road tested at power station in Tewksbury and it made 258BHP and 278ft/lbs of torque.
This was at 1 bar of boost. This is a very respectable power output and thanks to the strong torque produced the car is brilliant to drive on the road and track.

(mounted on the centre of the steering column) As you can see the car has been heavily upgraded, but is a good base if your hunting more power.
I found the car brilliant at this power level, just the right amount, but a turbo, manifold and fuelling upgrade could see well in excess of 300+bhp.The car has recently just had a full service including new distributor
(rotor arm and dizzy cap) and new water temp sender. Its also just had a full laser alignment session and fast road suspension setup.The car has been fully serviced at Hyeline Automotive in Newport.
They also carried out the engine and chassis upgrades. I have receipts to back up all of the service history.As you can see the car has had a great deal of money spent on it.
I made the trip to the Nurburgring in may 2010 and put the car through its paces. It performed faultlessly, completing 10 laps of the track without a worry.The MR2 is in brilliant condition and the enkei alloys really compliment the look of the car.
The bodywork is in brilliant condition with only a few stone chips that would give away the 20years its been on the road.It really is a very capable car, bags of torque and power, good looks, comfortable interior, brilliant MPG, on the way to the ring I got 390miles to the tank.
I am only selling this as I'm just about to start university and need to raise some money to fund myself.
