(fun) 
So, bought off here second hand:
Janspeed downpipe and mongoose exhaust
Bought new from Fensport: shiny electronics, speed limit remover and fuel cut defencer.
I just said to Rogue, put it all together and up the boost to something safe.
Given that I had already fitted blitz induction, new spark plugs and dizzy cap and rotor arm and and a recent oil service it was in full health.Matt kept me updated all of the time, they were scratching their heads at one point as it just wasn't running the right boost and check engine light kept coming on.
Matt said it felt like an ignition system problem, Ha! I thought well everything is new.
. err apart from the the plug leads of course. Yep a set of magnacore leads and some tweaks later it was all sorted.Well now having got the car back, driven it sensibly(ish) on the run home I have now taken it out for a warp 7 blast about.
What a transformation, it now feels like a sports car should.
Good strong shove in the back, a bit of squirm taking off hard and when cornering in low gears..The exhaust also drowns out the silly engine noise which I've never been a fan off.
The engine feels very smooth and revs cleanly to the limit.
Even better is you can change up early through the gears and it has power everywhere in the range.
I think I may have set someone's car alarm off at one point also
