[Mk2] [Turbo] What pipe is missing...

Can anyone tell me what vacuum pipe is supose to be connected to this, its under the intake manifold, just by the vacuum hose that connects from the inlet manifold to the vsv valve,



From the top of the engine, it connects from the black pipe...in a T junction going from the hose just behind the air filter, and the other one disappears under the TB. The the bottom of the T goes down near the inlet manifold where a rubber hose should connect.



what and where from should connect there? If someone could have a quick look while its light for me please..I would be very grateful
