What clip is it -what car did it come from, what gen engine is it and from what year, mileage and what sort of use? That will depend allot on how much it's worth.

...generally speaking a rear clip should be everything from the back half of the car otherwise it's just a broken rear end. It should literally be a car which is cut in half so it should include the back of the body as well. Most off it should include every mechaincal part of the back half so an engine swap should be ideal off that.

The Americans have got this perfect -a "clip" is a car literally cut in half, so a front ender is offered as a rear clip and a rear ender is offered as a front clip -the other half is just cut off and scrapped. A rear clip sometimes even has the rear quarter windows and rear windscreen complete. If the car's been side swiped then they offer it as described and whatever parts you can salvage. That's the definition of a clip for me -it's the front or rear half of a car.

...Bearing on last 2 paragraphs -what's being offered in the clip?

i think(don't quote) over here, a rear clip is basically, the whole engine, gearbox, shafts, ecu, looms, everything you would need for a conversion basically,, this may include the rear end of the car, but if somebody says to me, rear clip, that's the things i expect to be included, and again, if you have reciepts, verified mileage of the internals and stuff, and history and proof this would obviously determine the clips value, i.e.(no offence0 but you don't have a high post count and are pretty much unknown to the forum then people will be sceptical, whereas, members that have been on here for a while and are known and trusted (cantfindausername) willl not be under any scrutiny as to the quality of the build, post it up for sale, see what offers you get mate :thumleft: :thumleft:
