[Mk2] [Turbo] Clutch pedal adjustment?

Post by Ian Geary »

this is a question for anyone who as adjusted the clutch pedal

on the back, there's a lock nut attached to the actuator rod.

When undone, the actuator rod can be screwed into the clutch pedal - shortening the rod, or out of the clutch pedal - lengthening the rod.

I would assume that:

screwing out the rod would mean tha the pedal now pushes the clutch fork further, and opening the clutch wider?

This would also raise the biting point, as the fork would make contactwith the pressure plate earlier?

Is my logic correct?

thanks
