sport suspension kit

you get the 4 inserts, and 4 red springs.

the springs are about -15mm, and I found them quite harsh and crashy on the surrey roads, but fine I guess if you want fast road and perhaps a bit of track driving.

I bought this as it was cheaper than buying the 4 inserts individually

The koni dampers pair up better with trd or eibach springs :thumleft:

I there

yes, Koni shocks have adjustable dampening force - a little nipple on top can be rotated.

they are yellow

I belive the red springs are manufactured by Koni, (or some sub contractor on their behalf)

I don't know who h&r are.

Eibach are well rated, but there are 2 typres - proline and sportline - one with -15mm drop, and one with -40mm drop.
