last dyno run 10/04/2010 was 285.2bhp @ Flywheel @ 1.17bar.

i have still to be fitted,

Stage 3 CT26 turbo rebuilt by owen developments,
stainless heat wrapped manifold,
forge actuator,
hks adjustable pullys,
adjustable fuel pressure regulator,
light weight flywheel,
boost controler,

what is the best fuel pump to use???

any advise welcome :D :thumleft:

i am also on the hunt for a set of cams if anyone has a set for sale (cash waiting)

hi mate
you will need bigger injectors before a new pump
iv got a rev 3 turbo with a pfc on with a standard ct20 and iv maxed them out (100% duty)
also might worth mentioning is people say 350ish hp is all the standard internals can take
so my thoughts are cams, pulleys, turbo are a bit over kill as Toyota pistons WILL break

this is my opinion so i stand to be corrected
car now sold
most parts off gts chris

Something cannot be right there buddy. I have the daddy of all ct20 hybrids on my setup and with that we managed 380 bhp at 96% duty on a stock rev3 fuel system! We called it a day at this figure as going past 96% is just asking for a blown engine. I later fitted 1200cc injs and a full high HP system and went on to make 420bhp, with another 20 still to come (just to show how meaty this hybrid is).

As for internals, its a risk you take tbh. Iirc 500whp has been made on an un-opened rev2 but this is no way advisable. At the end of the day, The better the car has been tuned, the less likely it will spontaneously blow up! and if the engine is knocking enough to destroy a stock longblock, then its not going to be doing any good for a fully built forged engine neither!

I would say if you plan for more than 350~400 bhp ish then budget for a rebuild and some better rods/pistons.
