I have had this problem a while now so thought I best tackle it.

My brake setup is yellowstuff pads all round with standard disks, TRD braided lines all round, cusco cylinder stopper and Motul RBF 660 race fluid.

Cars a rev 3 tubby with no ABS.

Brakes used to be Okay, untill I tracked the car for the first time.

They faded reasonably quick, but I could still lock the brakes up but I wasn't far away from having my foot right down.

Basically brakes have been spongy ever since.

I have put new yellowstuff pads on all round and it hasn't made any difference.

When I pump
the brake pedal with the engine off the pedal goes solid.

When I turn the engine on, I can pump the pedal quite far down, too far down IMO.

Is this normal? What checks can I carry out?
