Drop the links to MR2 sites and rival web designers: The first bears no relevance to what you're trying to achieve, and the second actually harms it.

'About Me' part, you need to big yourself up a little more.

By saying you'll take anything you can get, you don't sound particularly confident in your own abilities.

The whole site looks like it was designed in a generic WYSIWIG editor.

That said, the colour scheme works beautifully and is very easy on the eye, and the logo swirly-thing should serve you very well as a logo long into the future.

No, I couldn't do any better myself before anyone moans at me for being too negative, and everything I've posted above is just what jumps out at an experienced interweb user of 13 years immediately from a quick 2-min flick through.

I've tried to be constructive with hints as to sort out everything, apart from no.5 as I've no real idea what you could do there because I'm not a designer.
