



I bought a Kenwood DDX6027 head unit and a G520 satnav about 3 years ago and I've recently had some problems with them, probably caused because the car's been off the road for a year and the battery went flat etc.


Anyway, I've been back and forth emailing Kenwoods tech support and they have been absolutely bloody marvellous.


For example, when the satnav stopped talking to the car I downloaded a bit of software called


After mentioning this to the guy at Kenwood he must've dug out a G520 unit and then downloaded the same software to see if the results he got were the same as what I found.


They've always responded to emails within a few hours and the advice is always practical and accurate.

Honestly, after the way I've been treated by Kenwoods tech support I don't think I'll ever be shopping anywhere else for a car stereo.
