[Mk2] [NA] mr2 diagnostic reader to laptop?
Does anyone know a good diagnostics reader I can link to the MR2 to get live data about the car from the diagnostics, direct to my laptop?

No, they don't have OBD2 so there's nothing to attach the reader to.

I heard that someone on here managed to get a serial reading to a laptop. Might have been by adding something to the ECU. Anyone have any idea who it was?

I think JMR_AW11 heavily modified his ECU so that he could pull information back from it.

he modified it to write to it and read live time info but I think you can still read the info from the port in the engine bay although it's slow in updating.
