a while back i had some major issues with my rebuild, basically everything went together and when it was fired up it ran for about 10 seconds at the garage and then died suddenly.

since i had high lift cams this was inspected as a possible cause but there was no sure and hard answer from the garage, and i feared putting it back together the same way would just end up in further cost/delay.

bob showed an interest in helping fix this issue, and the head was duly sent down to him for inspection

this is what bob done.

removed the cams, cam followers, springs and valves.

The valves were re cut by hand but not too much as there were getting a bit thin for the cutting that had been done on them before.

The valve seats then had a 3 angle valve job again hand cut to seat the valves so standard shims could be used.

The valves, springs, under shim cam followers and cams were fitted.

this was all carried out using rev3 shim parts and done so for a very competative price, with great communication.

cheers bob,highly recommended
