SONY WX -C570R

Ive just installed a Sony Wx-C570R into my motor, which works perfect. It was taken from a MK3, and when i bought it, i was told it plays MP3s. Ive since found out it doesnt, and what the seller ment was it plays copies.
Anyways, I was wondering if their is a cd changer that plays MP3s and is compatible with this unit?

Used it my mondeo a few years ago but kept it after i sold car, been stored in spare bedroom since, interested ?
