dont know who the driver is in the tubby but he is not as quick as tsuchyia in the beams

Don't see why that's not about right..? Tsukuka is a small circuit with some tight corners, the BEAMS has better throttle response and is a bit lighter, so it seems reasonable that a tubby wouldn't pull out that much of a lead over THIS track...

Sorry to be a little OT here but can I just say that for all the times I've read on forums that the RX7 FD is a reliable car so long as it's looked after and the engine rebuilt every 60k miles... the timing for that FD breaking down and not completing a 5 lap Best motoring video race is just classic, lol.

Also can I just point out that the tubby Tsubaka lap time in the first video was faster than the best lap time for a certain Honda Type-R in the other video (fanning the flames of an age old IMOC debate here )

...hmm ST202 BEAMS Celica -know a guy who had one. MY ST205 seems so heavy, can't imagine what it would be like with a red top and FWD.

i think the mr2 gts turbo (position 125) fairs quite well
plenty of cars faster that you would hope where slower but also a lot of cars suprisingly slower
with a boost increase/breathing mods (as most are running) i reckon it would have placed in the top 50
