I just got one of those cheap 3 gauge pod mount things that are single din slot size.

Oooh, something else has just occurred to me!

If you get a black plastic video case, the larger/older ones, cut off one side and file 2 the 2 corners on one the the longer edges to the contours of a 5p coin, it fis bang on in the centre panel right up to the edge so it can be fixed with hex bolts etc.
Should be able to fit upto 6 gauges in that no probs

yeh you can have problems with some of the cheap gauges, i had to send my oil temp sensor one back as it was claiming my cars oil temp was about 150 degrees centigrade!
got a replacement and it worked fine.
Although a dodgey earth can also cause many problems!
