Help needed - car not starting!

I've managed to break the '2 already

Basically i've moved the car from one side of the drive to the other, turned it off to work on it and then come back to it a couple of hours later to move it back to it's place and the thing won't start

There's no spark from the plugs, but the car does turnover strongly. I've left the engine to "deflood" itself of fuel just incase i have flooded it and i've replaced the spark plugs, ht leads, distributor cap and ht leads but it still doesn't want to start

It also has 15 litres of fuel in it too

There's also a long, continual whirring coming from under the frunk from this "thing" to the left of the battery (looking into the frunk) - sorry i don't know what it is or what it does.

Any ideas as to why it's not starting?

Is there a spark coming from the coil/ignition pack?
