My xspower intercooler bracket snapped , which caused the bolt below to slowly thread itself out. I heard alot of rattling coming from that area and when i took the pipes off the intercooler just fell , i was not impressed!. I had to drill a new hole for the bottom bolt though #-o

I posted on imoc forums and benedwards64 recommended kentcarcraft, i phoned them up and got the intercooler booked in. I took the intercooler up in the morning and i got the phone call that evening to pick it up , however from then on things went down hill.

Next morning i put the intercooler back in but the top bracket which was rewelded was way off , too small and too far out. I phoned up kentcarcraft and had a good moan , however expecting the worst i was told i could drop it off that day and have it fixed by afternoon. The guy on the phone said he'd do anything to help me out and get it sorted!

All i needed to do was take some photo's basically to show how far out it was , however i did a little cardboard design to work on. I dropped it off at kentcarcraft and the guy took me with my intercooler to the welder himself to explain the situation.

During the wait i walked to the shops had some lunch , got a phone call and it was all ready. The guy was very sorry for what happened , i thus came back put the intercooler all back and it was SPOT ON!.

Was it worth the £40? at first no but with the top quality service , politeness and getting the job done i was happy.

THANKYOU :thumleft:
