IMOC-UK Club stand this year at TOTB 8!!**PAYMENT DETAILS ADDED**

Dear valued club members.

I am very proud to announce that IMOC-UK has secured a 'Private Club Area' this year at Ten of the Best held on Sunday July 26th at Elvington Airfield.
This is a result of direct negotiation between the organisers, Michael Canny and myself.

We are certainly not restricted by space as they have given us room to park 50 cars! How great would it be to see the club turn out in force to support our team!

Tickets are priced at £13 each which is a fantastic deal as advance tickets are priced £15 on the TOTB website and £20 on the gate!!

I need to set a deadline of the end of May in order to secure the deal and area. We will be situated next to the trade area on a hard standing surface. What a great way to promote the club and to get noticed.

All cars will need to be parked up on site by 0930hrs AT THE LATEST, and nobody can leave the site before 1600hrs. Please bear this in mind before committing to be there.

Ticket payment methods as usual:

You have 4 payment options:
1) Internet Banking
2) Cash/cheque at your local HSBC.
3) Paypal (Due to Paypal being robbing gits this method of payment will incur an additional charge of £1 per transaction. )
4) Cheque posted to myself

Once payment has been made please PM me with your address and the amount of tickets bought and the amount you paid with so we can cross reference it off the account. If you do not do this it will delay your tickets being sent out.

Not long left now folks and I'm a little disappointed with numbers - this is a good saving over the price of tickets on the day and gives us much better parking options.

My bro and a couple of friends have been going to TOTB now for 3 years. We were planning on coming down for this year although it's not finalised yet. I'll give them a chivvy along and if we are going I might bring the 2 along and park in the IMOC area.

Pontefract Ferrybridge isn't the closest but usually has cheap rooms available because nobody really wants to stay there Last year it was about £26 for a family room that can apparently sleep 4 - the drive up to Elvington from there is easy and quite fun.

The nearest available Travel Inn outside of York is Castleford I think.

Leeds is around 45 minutes away from the venue, you might find it easier to book a room there rather than York.

Book asap, rooms fill up quickly as we get closer to the event and York is always busy around then anyway.
