[Mk2] [Turbo] accelerator cable

hi can anyone tell me, i need a new accelerator cable for my rev1 turbo will other revisions fit or does it need to be from another rev1 turbo.

Would think a rev2 would fit, but I seem to think the rev3+ ones are different, can't think how, but just have that in my head at the mo.
