Returning Xbox360

Anyone know the Return procedure for returning a 360 to MS? My Cousins just got the RROD and needs to send it back. Anyone got the Phone number as well

How many times have you had to phone them? Are they on your Voice activated dial under "FFS RROD AGAIN!!" ? lol
