They have excelled themselves this time taking customer service to a new level.Brief bit of history.
Ever since i had my Brembo brake upgrade i have suffered problems with vibration at anything above 50 odd mph.
The main problem was that the 'hub' bit sticking out the middle was only 5mm proud, not enough to mount my rims on. Coupled with the 3mm spacer i had to use to prevent the rims catching the calipers there was next to nothing to mount the wheels on and always depended on the wheel studs and nuts to 'pull' the wheel centre. I always knew what i needed but i never had got round to sorting it...until now.Dropped in on Saturday to have a set of 15mm H&R hub centric spacers fitted.
But we ran into a slight problem where the spacers would also not sit centred because of the lack of 'hub'. So, Barry of Elite very kindly offered to get the spacers machined down so that they would sit nice and flush. I left the car with them and arranged to pick the car back up again tonight (Tuesday).The last couple of days i have been kept up to date with the fitting via text and email and a few pictures of the spacers prior to being fitted.
In total 5mm was machined off of the spacers in order for them to fit properly.I also purchased two Bridgestone re050a 255/35/18 tyres complete with IMOC discount for the rear.
Caught the tube to Dagenham after work where i was very kindly picked up and taken back to the showroom by Claire in a Jag!
Exec style! 
Picked the car up and the drive home went too quick! The car drives absolutely spot on now.
No vibration whatsoever! The steering even feels more responsive! Has not been like that for years!!! A huge thank you to all involved and their more than competent engineers and staff, they really are a credit to the company!
