can't be many with this low documented mileage

if only I hadn't already pushed the limit with my mrs already!
Unless I'm very much mistaken...

Looks to be an 'honest' car in that it's not over-prepared for sale (driver's seat looks filthy)...could see a dealer sorting the body marks, giving it a good valet and asking £6k.
On the other hand there are no pictures of the rear arches... , has it been used enough to keep it running sweet and what has degraded over time regardless of mileage?
But on the face of it could be a decent buy around the asking price if things check out.

it certainly looks to be a good one to me. if i was in the market i would have a go at it. its not got any sign of tampering that i can see and unless they have changed a few bits in the engine bay it looks spot on for mileage.

all looks "proper"
even has original white expansion tank cap so its never been run hot as thats what destroys this plastic
wheels are in original condition & its just the signs of what I would say were use by an elderly owner i.e. the parking scuffs & dent in wing
good original car for not a silly amount for a change

Wow!

Looks an honest car, so even if it does need work it should make someone a nice, classic MR2....

Do we have a low mileage thread?

Make my 26k miles look positively "leggy"

That looks a really good one and totally genuine to me. It won't take much work/money to make first class and with that mileage personally I think it's a bargain even at the buy-it now price. I only know of two with less miles on than that. I'd buy it in an instant if only I had somewhere to keep it :(

Agreed, nice car, but TBH, I'd prefer the one in the background

I'd buy that in a flash if I was looking for a 2, what a fantastic example at a good price.

Olber. I was actually thinking V6 would be nice.

Could then use the engine to replace my tired daily drivers lump :)

I watched it as it ended and as it had 2500+ views I really thought there might be a little frenzied bidding at the end, but it was fairly quiet really.

I just wished I had had the bottle to get this and face my wife!

if it had been local to me ,i think i would have gone to see it ,and then probably buy it

DID ANYBODY GOTO VIEW IT?

I mean even with 15k on the clock and garaged it doesnt mean its not rotten somewhere, after all it it's still nearly 20 yrs old

my example is surpose to have been garaged with 80k and i'm looking at doing quite abit of bodywork although compared to most its not bad at all

if it had been red (i know but that colour just looks so good) and a t-bar then i think i would have bought it no question
