Well as i'm coming from Manchester way, we will pick up the M1 at the bottom of the M6 if that's any good?

Haven't really thought about times as of yet. Also there is the possibility that we'll drive some of the way wednesday night, crash at friends and continue thursday, although nothing is sorted yet.

Okay will be leaving Manchester at around 10am. have a diversion (well its on the way) via Stansted airport to pick up some gazebo sides, should be a flying visit.

Rob I reckon i'm going to be a bit ahead of you by the looks of it unless you are away by 11am sharp? Mind you knowing Mark he always takes ages getting ready faffing around so we are bound to leave a little late.

Well for us seeing as we are coming from Manchester was expecting to do M6 then A14/M11.

Although I do have to stop off at stansted to pick up some gazebo sides but it's only a small diversion really.

Hmm, its possible to meet up but could be tricky. What do you think?

A quick check on my old atlas says 'Stafford South' as you say between J15 & 14 it's closer to J14.
