I have been fitting my chargecooler on the car over the past month of so.

It's not actually that much of a bad job.

I think the hardest part is to mount a suitable radiator at the front of the car.

I ended up going for the Rogue one.

It cost me a fair whack over the Fiat one but the capcity and dimension are slightly larger.

I thought this may have been a better idea as it's going to be driven hard on the track.

Being fussy I wanted as near to factory install as possible for reliability.

So here we go some of this will have been repeated but hopefully some parts will be new.

Here are some useful part numbers I found.

17871-88480 GT 4 throttle body support bracket bolts to the head and throttle body.

27.27

+ vat

( as mentioned above)

Bolts to correctly fit the gt4

"throttle sock"

2 x 90119-08870
2 x 90105-08286 of these 4 items

:- 2 bolts replace the really long bolts that hold the metal throttle body assembly together and also bolt the gt 4 throttle body stay to the throttle body assembly.

If you take it apart you will see what i mean.

and the other 2 bolt the stay down to the head.

4 x 91511-B0825 throttle sock fitment bolts.

These are a little bit longer than bolts left over from removal of the mr2 throttle housing.

Throttle sock from GT4

- part number T17861-88480 price around
23GBPounds

- Found previosuly on IMOC

Accelerator bracket from GT4

- part number T78024-88480 price
around 12GBPounds

- Found previosuly on IMOC

12281-88480 gt 4 bracket for chargecooler at Gearbox end of the engine.

This needs to be modified to fit

( remove the mounting point that hits the thermostat housing

)

The three bolts to fit the above

90105-10393 x2
90105-10394 x1

Now you have a nice secure fitting chargecooler other than mounting it at one and and leaving it free at the gearbox end.

Apparently the gt4 cc pump is the most robust.

Hope this helps if you though about doing the cc yourself.
