Just had another call as all the boost pipes are connected up. He gave it some hard revs and xxxx me!! it sounded amazing!! Nothing like I remember it... so much better!!!

I thought it sounded extremely sweet for the 2 year old Optimax that was in the tank. Turns out he's leveled it off with some 109 or 116 RON race fuel he had left over I can't remember which exactely as I was listening to the car in the background.

He's had it on idle for an hour or so and it was holding temp nice and steady.

I'm so excited now, I just know this afternoon is going to drag massively.

As for whats left. A littel bit of wiring to tidy, some brackets need making and then it should be good for the rollers.

I'll find out soon what the coils are from. Will need to know to update my spec sheet.

Will be plenty of vids of the car going up in the first few weeks.

As for the invoices... I think I'd rather hide my shame I will spill the beans on what its cost though when its finished as I've been keeping a spreadsheet since I started the project. Its currently a horiffic figure, but its got everything on there, even down to paint brushes and cleaning products etc, so need to strip that stuff out. Will probaly scare a lot of potential "big builder"
