Indeed - time to lock it I reckon.

I think pretty much everyone who has something to say has said it now.

Send it to the archive...

I'm late ! Hopefully, I have something newish to add :|

First - Tim was an asset and he'll be missed.
Second - Committe have rules and they need them. Rules are there to control/stop everything getting out of control. If everything was left up to mixture of gut feelings/hearsay, then policing IMOC would be a nightmare! So, rules correctly enforced - Tim agreed, so case closed.

Anyway, my point :) :

What I am suggesting is that the rules be reviewed - i.e. stay as is with the 3 warnings and then a ban - but maybe a 6 month or 1 year ban ? then after coming back after a ban, you get one/no warning for misconduct ? just throwing figures/ideas out.

So, my post is basically nothing to do with historic desicions, including Tim's ruling - but looking to review the "constitution" :D

Committee/Mods - this is intended to be a constructive post - in no way is it saying that the lifetime ban was a bad rule - just maybe should be reviewed (the ban rule, not decision on Tim) ?

All the rules as well as other core issues are being reviewed at the moment.

Sad loss to IMOC :( , VERY SAD LOSS!

Im sure Tim will continue to do well as his reputation for knowledge/price/availability was good, and hopefully the members of IMOC will remember this when needing MR2 services.... I hope so anyway!

Surely if people add 'SENSIBLE' comments in suggestions, then we could all benefit?

Never heard of a "lurker"? Someone who reads, and doesn't post? [OK, so none of the rest of us are shy... but...]

What was the point of that post?

I was with Tim when he emailed you, he emailed you to see if there was a personal problem you had regarding him, and if there was he wanted to know how to make amends.

personally i feel there wasn't anything wrong with this, as hes just trying to get on with anyone and resolve any issues if there has been a misunderstanding.

Why Comment like that?
