WHAT!!!????    [-X ](*,)

HOW many f**king times do I have to spell it out to you fanboys! I dont care what system the games are on!! If Gears was on the PS3 I'd have a PS3.

Its not....and theres nothing else worth buying one for either!

I heard MGS4 has a cut scene thats 1.5 hours long! ](*,) Duno if thats true or not.

but u just wont give any ps3 games a chance for some reason and i dont quite understand that.... u say theres not any worth buying because uve been watching game trailers? or having a 5min bash on a friends ps3.... hardley a basis to judge an opinion on....

I've given the games PLENTY of chances mate. I've played most of the big games on the PS3...REALLY nothing special at all. How do you know if I've seen the demos on game trailers and a '5min bash' on a mates PS3 then? [-X Trust me mate its a lot more than that.

Why the hell would I want to sit there for 1.5 hours watching a poxy clip?

I want to PLAY games, not watch them.

That, IMO is just a pathetic way to make a game last longer. Possibly because the actual GAME contend is very thin.

I enjoy games with a story. In fact, they're the only games I like. But I dont want to be sitting there watching it, I want to be PLAYING it.

I sincerely hope that if you get to one of these monster cut scenes you can either skip it without missing anything important or stop it. I could imagine really needing to do something but being stuck watching a silly long clip.

How do they work out 32 hours game play?
Surely it's different for every one?

IE, if you suck at it, it'll take longer?

Looks like this is another anti PS3 thread. Anyone actually played the game for a few hours and got something positive to say for once?

I'm open to it. It's not an anti PS3 slant from me.
I'm just utterly perplexed at how any one could want hours of boring cut scenes in a game. Games are to be played!

matt id say buy it and give it a few hours, the story is superb and game play is just as good. you may not understand somethings if youve never played the others but still a damn good game.

I know the type of games Matty is into...and I'm pretty sure you wont like this mate....but by all means give it a go and make you own mind up.

Enjoy the cutscenes.

Can I skip the cut scenes?
A couple of minutes here and there are ok, they add to it. But by the sounds of it I'll never be playing the game.

Btw Thai, finally nearly finished Condemned 2 lol. Got a little side tracked!

Good work dear boy! Love that game. :thumleft: Multiplayer is pretty cool, and all the extra mini games are quite cool.
