I actually don't feel so bad after reading the above, I've just gone with Sheila's Wheels @ £314, the cheapest by far for me, and I'm over 40 :-$ and 5+ on no claims

I'm hoping to get a limited mileage, no commuting, classic car insurance for mine for under £200 in the summer, my friend just got the same thing on his Excort RS Cosworth worth a lot more than my n/a rev1 and he's only 28 for £149 fully comp, they even said that the NCB didn't make any difference to them at all, will try and find out the company...

I've had a lot of trouble with insurance aswell,I've got 0 no claims as it's expired. I've been second driver on our work van but havnt built no claims. Called everywhere and keep getting told I need ncb. Been getting quoted 1600 a year!! I'm 26!

My company can take claim free company vehicle driving experience into consideration usually, but we would need proof.
If you can't see the angle, you're in trouble.
