ok not got work tomorrow so I'll be there with my camera. Best put that on charge eh!

Malc, or anyone else going to clackett services first, I'll leave home about 730, so will get to clacket at 0752 exactely. I'll be in a silver vectra on the right hand side car park as you come in.

What a f'ing c0ck, I thought this was on Sunday - got confused with the other meet ](*,) :eye:

Lucky I'm in tonight, I'll be there with bells on, but no time to drill my nuts off now so will have to do it on site (or let one of the master mechanics do it for me  )

Might try and make Clackett Malc by 8am, will text ya...

Great meet guys, good to see both old and new faces :D

Also very impressed with TDI, nice guys, knowledgeable and took great care of the cars... not to mention the free day!

Very happy with 263 @ hubs at 0.9 bar, look forward to getting the AVC-R on and running more

Big thanks to Jon for organising it and having a locking nut key to fit mine exactly - dude, can you pm me the 2 digit number on the key so I can copy it...? 8)

Matt, you might want to call them on Monday to see if they found a key anywhere...

My first ever IMOC meet and I'm glad that i turned up.
Very big thank you to TDI. Very friendly bunch.

Had 4 cups of coffee and 4 doughnuts

Also glad that the car ran without a hitch.
I suppose i mustn't complain with 475 bhp @ hub @ 7350 rpm @ 1.4 bar
Peak torque was 370 @ 5800

Just a shame that i couldn't up the boost on the second run. :(

Glad to meet all who came.

Happy with 475 hub HP - make it sound like its small fry!

Good to finally put faces to names and meet some of the infamous IMOCers.

James, get that boost controller sorted and that will be one mental beast!! That turbo could house a small family of eastern europeans!

I've got loads of videos of your runs so you can download them for your reviewing pleasure when I've got them online. :thumleft:

I think you have the max (WARN) setting set to 1.5Bar on the Blitz DSBC. If you have the boost will not go over this. It will constantly hit it and reduce it by percentage that is also stored in the unit.
I left my instructions in your car. Have a read up and check the settings. I have a feeling that this is the reason why you could not increase the boost.

Playing with mine on the way home, i reduced my WARN setting to 1.00kg/cm and no matter what setting i had the unit on, it would not boost past 1 Bar. Set it back to 1.5kg/cm and boost was released again.

Great day, TDI's setup was certianly impressive with their staff friendly and helpful - Thanks to Sam and all at TDI for running the event and Jon co-ordinating everything here at IMOC :+:

A Hub Dyno is certainly hard work to setup - it took around 45 minutes to get a car setup, do the power runs and then back out ready for the next one.

We had 11 cars run on the day with impressive results from James and Mike MikeJC cars, and some other very tidy cars there.

I've got 100-odd photo's from the day which I'm processing at the moment, including glowing turbos and manifolds from a few cars - I'll be uploading them later this evening.
