[All] [Generic] twosrus.co.uk

Post by firestormxtreme »

I ordered a pair of custom drop links from twosrus.co.uk on the 9th of June and i still have not received them. i tried emailing the company through the site and i got no reply and i also tried calling Jeff using the number given on the site and no one answers. i was wondering if there was any other way for me to get in touch with twosrus.co.uk because i need to order some more parts off their site but am not willing to if they're not going to show up

someone give me some advice please!!!

Thanks.

now got a phone number for peter who i ordered them with and 5 calls and one message later no response at all, even after i was told he was going to give me a ring end of last week.

now i know people can be busy but surely its common curtacy when you ve taken card details over the phone said the product will be with you on tuesday and you realise you made an error you let your customer know!

i ve now been waiting for a response and the part for 11 days! i just want to know if when i m going to recieve the product i ordered.

starting to wonder if they say yes in stock when there not wait till they get enough orders in then order their stock but hey how would i know they wont even ring me!

To be honest I think Peter is a really nice guy and I do not mind having to wait a little while for things as I know I am going to benefit from his experience as a car enthusiast.

Obviously when things seem to be dragging on the emotional nature of cars can make us all a bit "Wired", Peter has contacted me so I think my concerns can now be filed in the round file... :)

just a quick note as we have been contacted a few times over the last couple of weeks or so about missing items
the last few issues (bar one) havent been that the items did not get sent out, its that we didnt get the order or royal mail f****d up
i'm sure most of you realise by now as we have pointed out a few times that sbits do not run twosrus, jeff who runs the mr2oc runs it
jeff receives the order from the store and passes it on to the supplier
over the last few weeks, orders have gone astray and we have not received them
i dont know exactly what happened as i have not spoken to jeff personally but i will speak to peter and find out

we are not perfect and do not claim to be but sometimes things happen that are out of your control
if you have any issues please try and speak to us first

Guys

Just to add to Jay's post above. But I'll start by apologising to anyone who has not received their order, for whatever reason.

Last month we received 37 orders from Jeff @ twosrus.co.uk. 33 despatched within 48 hours of us receiving the order. 19 orders received direct, 17 despatched within 24 hours. By the way, under normal circumstances Jeff is very reliable.

Of those, 5 turned up at least 4 days later, and 3 are still in the world of Royal Mail - somewhere. Those 3 have been re-sent and claims lodged.

There are a couple of issues here:

1) Whilst i was away on annual holiday Jeff did not forward orders to us as there was no point. They were forwarded on my return. It has come to light that 5 or 6 were not forwarded for reasons unknown. Probably human error.

I believe i have contacted all those with missing orders or have already despatched goods. (9 orders depatched yesterday alone).

Anyone who has a) not spoken with me, b) not had a voicemail from me, or c) not received any reply to emails sent to me via twosrus, please PM me here.

All orders are despatched by either Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Interlink courier, depending on size, weight and value.

As Jay says, none of us are perfect, whether Jeff, me, Royal Mail or Interlink, but rest assured we try to offer high quality products, at competitive prices, and despatched within 48 hours.

OK, have to add my experience as so far its been well under par.

Ordered my ARB bushes on the 19th of January! Turns out that the twosrus webpage had a problem meaning I only got charged once for a pair when I ordered two pairs of droplinks. Tried ringing but striaght to an answerphone full message so couldn't leave a message.

two weeks later I had a moan on here and got a call the next day from a nice chap at tworus explaining that the number was an old one on the website and that they had sent me an email but it appeared that there email had messed up so I wasnt sent a message either!

As I had ordered two but paid for one, neither had been sent two weeks in. On the phone to peter? (cant remember) I paid for the second set of bushes and all was forgiven. But now ANOTHER two weeks in I've still not receieved my damn bushes and I've called and PM'd but no response.

Sorry guys but its not really good enough for me.

Well after posting on here I was phoned the same day and the bushes were sent out to me next day.

Just got to put them on now :0)

I will reserve judgement on whether the delay was a one off until the next time I make an order.

Thanks
