Hi folks.

Ok, had a bit of a collision yesterday 4 mph. Rear ended some one in the 2     my fault. Not a scratch on his car but my front fiber glass bumper is totaled.
I am looking for a replacment for the front bumper? I want the same bumper or as near as possible. I have taken a picture, can you tell me which one it is. I think it is a Border one or a Bomex. I do not have the origional bumper.

I am gutted can you please help.

Regards

George..

Hi Baker, thanks for the quick reply, just posted the picture.

Like the colour of your car BTW :)

George.

It certantly looks like one but id say its a copy. As there is no id on it.
How much would this Kei Office front bumper be to buy.
What would be similar?

It was on the car when bought.

yours looks a good fit, may be an original. Never seen that bumper before though.

If thats the only damage and no mounts are shot, then u should be able to repair that.

If I could get this repaired then Im sure you can get that repaired :) I got this damaged bumper repaired (same and original border) -

Damage was the same as this nearly on both sides -

Which then turned into this -

And then this (Ignore the masking tape in the grill ;) )

Yup, Kei office. Rare as rocking horse crap.

Infact, I've never seen a replica available :-k I'd strongly advise just getting your bumper repaired :)

Thanks guys for the help.
I will try to get the bumper fixed if possible.
Although the passenger side is very bad compared to what you see.
Where can I get a cheap bomex if I cannot get it fixed?

Cheers guys..

If you do decide to get another bumper (get a bodyshop to check out the repair costs on your kei bumper)

Cheap and aftermarket kits do not go well together. You find a cheap bumper, and it's going to be cheap for a reason. Like cutting in half and extending 2 inches or efforts to that effect.

Probably best to see if yours can be fixed, then if you decide not to fix yours, look for a second hand genuine border/bomex etc.
