Basically yes, but if you have a rev 1 n/a you will need the speedo dial from a rev 1 turbo 
(mechanical) all other revisions i.e. 2,3,4,5 are interchangable.
I'm fairly sure the rev dial, temp dial and fuel gauge are the same rev 1- 5, they certainly are (apart from some cosmetic colour differences) from rev 2 - 5 but if you have a rev 1 and dials from a rev2 turbo or later, I'd check this out first.
Of course the turbo dial won't replace the battery dial, we'll I suppose it would but would read battery voltage instead so you'd look like you're permanently on full(ish) boost :p
