When is the latest date you need to know for numbers??
I would love to be there , but cannot commit till about 2 weeks beforehand due to work reasons (at least thats what I tell the girlfriend! (lol)

They don’t need an exact number, just an idea of how much space we are going to need.
I have to let them know a rough idea 3 weeks before, if anyone decides to come on the day it’s not a problem, they will not be turned away.

Sorry for the late reply, i did not get an email telling me of further posts for some reason.

You need to go the second gate, It’s just past the main one. It will be well signposted “entrance for car clubs”. There you will pay the reduced entrance fee, drive directly into Duxford and park up next to the American hanger. There will be marshals to point you in the right direction; I will also post up a map of site and club parking nearer the time.
