Winter Exhaust Steam

Post by Steve-O 2007 »

How much steam do you get from your exhaust during the winter? Its fianlly cold and icy where I live and I just started the 2 and theres about 3-4 meters or straight steam shooting out looks cool   :thumleft:

I get loads. I was driving along the other day and I had to stop to check that it was coming from the exhaust. I thought my engine was on fire! It looked like it was coming from the engine vents for some reason. Odd thing was that when I pulled over and revved the engine, there was hardly any smoke/steam.

Yeah I've had quite a lot of steam. Lasts for about 5 mins until the revs drop down. I was a bit concerned at first too.

I'm getting barely any, saw some whisps but thats it. Although i'm doing longer journeys so maybe not much condensation is building up.
